Donna has a rich heritage of Church of God ministry. She is the daughter of the late Rev. Estes Kuykendall, whose ministry was in Tennessee. Her husband, Bob, is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God and they were in pastoral ministry for 26 years. Two of their children, Jason Hendren and Amy Hendren McGlamery are involved in ministry.

The Hendrens moved to Cleveland in late 1998 and are involved in ministry at the North Cleveland Church of God. Donna came to work for the Benefits Board in the spring of 1999. She is a "people person" and is always glad to help all our constituents with questions regarding their Ministers' Retirement Plan.
